One of the most well-known and much-loved Japanese restaurants in Milan. Opened by world-renowned football player Clarence Seedorf and talented chef Roberto Okabe, with fusion in his DNA – born in Brasil to Japanese parents – Finger’s was rated as one of the top ten Japanese restaurants in the world by the GQ magazine. There’s a multi-ethnic, cosmopolitan vibe with a dominating Japanese style, where haute cuisine meets art and design. Sealing the friendship between the footballer and chef is an old proverb in stone right in the middle of the restaurant that says “l’incontro fra due persone è dove tutto ha inizio”, which translates as – the meeting between two people is where everything begins.
On the menu: in the kitchen, Roberto Okabe’s creative talent and wide knowledge of different gastronomic traditions are combined with carefully selected prime ingredients; the mix of Japanese, South American and Mediterranean ingredients results in a refined, original balance of flavours.
